Two men climbing rocks with one helping the other.

Are you hearing the call?

Most of us men were not given much guidance on what it means to be a man. And while most of us do our best, there is often a quiet discontent inside of us as we go through life. Deep down we feel so much more is possible, yet most of us don’t know where we are going, don’t have the map, the tools, the support network and the knowledge of what to do with the “demons” that hold us back.

This immersive transformation program provides a rite of passage for modern men from all walks of life to reconnect deeply to themselves, their families and communities and their unique purpose. It is not about showing men THE way – it is about holding space for men to find their own way, back to themselves and in this world.

Let's go!

What is covered?

This program is loosely structured around the four masculine archetypes described by Robert Moore and Douglas Gillette – The King, The Warrior, The Lover and The Magician. · Conscious relating principles and strategies;

· Foundations of working with primal energy;

Frequently Asked Questions

Please reach us at sergey.volotovsky@gmail.com if you cannot find an answer to your question.

This program is not your average self-development course. If you are looking just to learn some new things, hoping to sit quietly and take notes, wishing to just make new friends and not willing to put yourself out there and lean in fully – it is not for you. We are calling forward men who are willing to genuinely commit to themselves, the program and fellow participants.

Approximately 5 hours (2.5-hour weekly workshop, around 1-hour fortnightly group check-in and on average 1-2 hours of self-paced homework), excluding travel time. During two of the nine weeks there will also be an additional three-hour immersive ritual on a Saturday evening (date and time TBC).

Due to the nature of this program, it is suitable for men aged 18+.

 No. This program has nothing to do with manosphere, men’s rights movements or any organised religion or belief system, nor is it a movement on its own.

I am not here to do that. I am not a guru, a shaman, a healer, a preacher or a teacher. I don’t want you to believe everything I say or copy my way of living. I am here to share what I’ve learned along my own journey, and to offer my ability and capacity to hold transformative spaces for men.

  This program is based on my own lived experience and qualifications, including:

· Certified Trauma-informed coach, Embodied Processing and breathwork practitioner;

· Six years of group and individual men’s work, breathwork and somatic processing;

· Over twenty years of corporate facilitation and leadership experience;

· Twenty years of being a husband;

· Sixteen years of fatherhood;

· Twenty-eight years of martial arts; and

· Many scars, mistakes, stuff-ups, flaws, setbacks and shortcomings.

It is also informed and inspired by the work of my predecessors, mentors, authors and organisations who influenced my own work, including:

· Tim Morrison

· Adam Combridge

· Dr. Tony Fitzgerald

· Dan Brule

· Marcel Hof

· Stanislav Grof

· Carl Jung

· The Centre for Healing

· The Sacred Sons (indirectly)

· AIESEC (World’s largest Youth Leadership Development organisation)

· And others

 Please reach out before applying. Generally, we should be able to accommodate a small number of planned absences.

If you become unwell before a particular session (e.g. flu, cold, stomach bug or other potentially contagious conditions), you will be expected to not attend that session out of consideration for fellow participants, and we will make arrangements to get you back on track. Similarly, if you will need to care for family member who become unwell during the program, we will accommodate.

Good. There is likely going to be quite a few men in this category. Unless you are doing other work that is highly taxing on your nervous system or covering similar topics, this program is likely to be complementary.

 This is not a funnel or a pyramid scheme. At the end of the program, we will share information about individual offerings and some options available to take this work further. This will be done for information purposes only, to your complete discretion.

 Good. Many men step into these kinds of spaces by referral, especially by their partners. However, if this is you – please make sure you own your decision fully, and if you decide to sign up, do it for yourself first.

You are welcome as you are, subject to medical contraindications outlined above. We meet you where you are and will modify experiences as required. If in doubt, please reach out before applying.

 It doesn’t. All are welcome. We do not discriminate by ethnicity, religion or sexual orientation, and do not tolerate conduct that incites or promotes division. We also expect the same of all program participants. If this expectation is not met, you may be asked to leave the program without a refund.

If you identify as a man and live as a man, you are welcome. However, if you are non-binary or a biological female who has not fully transitioned, this program may not be the right fit. Given the many individual considerations, please reach out before applying. This is not about exclusion – it is about ensuring the appropriateness of the program for you and the overall integrity of this container.

This is for you to decide. This program comes down to approximately $42 per hour of expert-facilitated experiences. Whether it’s worth a genuine chance to break through and level up in all areas of life - is your call. A similar program five years ago changed my life, and it was one of the best investments I ever made.

 If you strongly feel you would like to participate and genuinely cannot afford it, we will have some money allocated towards a scholarship fund. To apply for scholarship, please send me a message with a short summary of how you think this program will benefit you and your family/community, before you apply.

 As a father of three daughters, I am a big fan of “Moana”. The original idea of “the wayfinder” was inspired by it, however there’re already quite a few initiatives with similar names, so I went with “The Wayseeker”. It speaks to the process of seeking our way in life as men - not a destination. Turns out “wayseeker” is also a term from Star Wars meaning a Jedi who independently follows the direct will of the Force – that will do 😊
