The rapid acceleration of AI is forcing organisations to confront some fundamental questions: what does it truly mean to be human, how do we strengthen those uniquely human capabilities at scale and how can we help people to genuinely thrive at work?
Most companies aren’t fully prepared for that challenge. And the cost shows up everywhere: stalled initiatives, departmental frictions, wasted efforts, change fatigue, burnout, absenteeism, toxic cultures and the familiar umbrella term — “people issues.”
I work with organisations using the Integrative Human Intelligence Framework (7Q) — a practical model based on the latest neuroscience and deep experience, incorporating Core Intelligence, Body Intelligence, Emotional Intelligence, Social Intelligence, Intellectual Intelligence, Leadership Intelligence and Transpersonal Intelligence.
This framework allows for a holistic, sustainable and people-centred approach, helping organisations unlock deeper human intelligence and capability when it matters more than ever. This framework is also used to address specific audiences (e.g. men) with tailored initiatives.
Key solutions include:
Every solution is tailored, scalable, grounded, and designed for immediate implementation with readily available practical tools.
Targeted organisational well-being initiatives built on the 7Q Integrative Human Intelligence Framework, specifically designed to support men in the workplaces and the community.
Every day, around seven men die by suicide in Australia. Three out of four suicides are men. Family and domestic violence statistics are worsening. And men remain less likely to seek help or even recognise they need it.
Corporate Australia has made real progress in diversity, inclusion and wellbeing — but many systems still unintentionally miss men. They often respond only once a crisis emerges, rely on generic mental health frameworks, operate inside cultures where men don’t feel safe to speak up, and lack leader training that reflects how men experience distress.
It’s time to shift the narrative. Not “poor men”, and not “it’s men’s fault”. But “let’s empower men to be part of the solution.” Organisations can play a powerful role in supporting men long before crisis and empowering them to contribute positively to healthier workplaces and communities.

Helping Corporate teams and audiences understand the practical applications of the latest neuroscience, and to learn practical, safe and effective tools for deeper self-awareness and nervous system regulation. Can be generic or tailored to men specifically.

Scalable and individually tailored programs for leaders and teams based on the 7Q framework. Typically includes diagnostics, coaching, action planning and implementation follow-up.

Inspiring, educating and meaningfully entertaining corporate audiences on all aspects of human intelligence and / or men's mental well-being.

Helping teams to develop genuinely deeper connections and cohesion through immersive teambuilding exercises and programs rooted in the 7Q Framework.

Training a cohort of dedicated volunteers within the organisation as Human Intelligence Champions or Men's Champions to embed and sustain the capability and cultural shifts.

Working with strategy sponsors, delivery teams and stakeholders to inform organisational capability, psychosocial safety, health and well-being and other related strategies.
Sergey was the head practitioner for two City of Swan Libraries events aimed at our Adult community. The workshops focused on the basics of Breathwork and how we can use it in our everyday life.
During the two-hour workshops Sergey was very engaging and passionate in sharing his knowledge of Breathwork, which is extensive but due to the nature of the program we only got to touch the surface.
Although I only got to experience his work through local government, I also highly recommend him for individual and group sessions. You are in safe and very capable hands.
